Base Offer definition

Base Offer means the Bidder’s primary Offer submitted in response to CHGE Request For Proposal (RFP).

  • Purchase Offer shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.25(a).

  • Extension Offer has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(a).

  • Shelf Offering Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1(d)(i).

  • Private Offering means the private offering of Preferred Stock pursuant to the Memorandum.

  • Offer Deadline means the exact date and time when no Offer submitted thereafter may be considered or accepted by District.

  • Initial Offer means the initial offer of Participating Shares in a Fund as set out in the applicable Supplement;

  • Permitted Debt Exchange Offer shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(a).
