Base Revenue Amount definition

Base Revenue Amount means $1,116,000, the amount of the Company's gross revenues over the nine-month period ended June 30, 1997, annualized to September 30, 1997, based on financial statements prepared by the Company's independent public accountants (the "Company Accountants") in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP") applied consistently with the practices of the Company (the "Gross Revenue Bonus").
Base Revenue Amount shall the aggregate Revenue Run Rates for all Advisory Clients.
Base Revenue Amount means $9,466,000 for each of the first two Contract Years (prorated for the first Contract Year) and, in each Contract Year thereafter, an amount equal to the previous Contract Year's Base Revenue Amount plus an amount equal to such previous Contract Years' Base Revenue Amount multiplied by the Rate Increase for such Contract Year.

More Definitions of Base Revenue Amount

Base Revenue Amount means the sum of the pro forma annual consolidated revenues of Borrower and its Subsidiaries (other than Fanatics, LLC and its subsidiaries) for the 2010 fiscal year plus the actual consolidated revenues of Fanatics, LLC and its subsidiaries for the full 2010 fiscal year plus an amount equal to $250 million.
Base Revenue Amount means the difference of $5,600,000 minus all "Freight Revenue" (as defined below) received from third parties during the applicable 12-month period. The term "Freight Revenue" means any revenue generated from the sale of any services using the vessels, including revenues relating to freight charges, demurrage, charter hire, heating charges, fleeting charges, insurance surcharges, tanking cleaning charges, tankerman fees, port or harbor charges and similar charges. If Owner does not receive the Base Revenue Amount for any such 12-month period, Charterer agrees to pay Owner any deficiency within 30 days following the applicable anniversary of the Commencement Date.
Base Revenue Amount and “Target Annual Revenue” shall have the meanings set forth on Schedule 6.13(c). The term “products” as used herein is understood to refer to both products and services.
Base Revenue Amount means an amount equal to Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000).
