Baseline Application definition

Baseline Application means the Core Application, Baseline Interfaces, Customizations, and Third Party Software, including all components and Documentation, provided by Contactor pursuant to this Agreement. The Baseline Application is and shall become a component of the System Software.
Baseline Application means Core Application, Third Party Application, Baseline Customizations and Baseline Interfaces, and related Documentation, implemented by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement as part of the Implementation Services in order to meet the System Requirements.
Baseline Application means the baseline information that must be submitted to the Authority by all Applicants, in accordance with Section 14.1 of the RFA, regardless of whether the FCFS Process or the Comparative Selection Process applies;

Examples of Baseline Application in a sentence

  • Contractor Project Director and County Project Director shall certify in writing that the User Acceptance Test has been completed, the System is acceptable and the Baseline Application is ready for implementation.
