Basic Indenture definition

Basic Indenture means the Trust Indenture between the Port Authority and the Trustee dated as of August 15, 1988.
Basic Indenture means the Trust Indenture dated as of August 15, 1988, constituting a trust agreement between the Issuer and the Mortgagee, as Trustee, as supplemented from to time to time pursuant to the paragraphs of Section 8.02 of the Basic Indenture exclusive of paragraph (g) thereof.
Basic Indenture means the Trust Indenture dated as of November 1, 1997 between the Authority and the Trustee, as amended by a Twenty-Fourth Supplemental Trust Indenture dated November 1, 2006 and a Thirtieth Supplemental Trust Indenture dated November 1, 2010, and as it may be supplemented pursuant to Section 8.02 thereof other than amendments necessary or advisable in connection with the issuance of a specific series of Common Fund Bonds.

Related to Basic Indenture

  • Master Indenture means this Master Trust Indenture, as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Existing Indenture means the Indenture dated as of June 30, 1998 among General Partner, Prologis and U.S. Bank National Association (as successor in interest to State Street Bank and Trust Company of California, N.A.), as Trustee.

  • Senior Note Indenture the Indenture entered into by the Borrower and certain of its Subsidiaries in connection with the issuance of the Senior Notes, together with all instruments and other agreements entered into by the Borrower or such Subsidiaries in connection therewith.

  • Existing Indentures means (a) the Indenture with respect to the Target Company’s 1.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2017, dated as of August 25, 2010, by and between the Target Company and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. and (b) the Indenture with respect to the Target Company’s 0.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2020, dated as of October 29, 2013, by and between the Target Company and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. (each as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date hereof).

  • Indenture means this Indenture, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Secured Notes Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of May 29, 2013, among the Borrower, the subsidiary guarantors party thereto from time to time and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, governing the Secured Notes, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Senior Secured Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of November 5, 2009, among the Issuers, the Note Guarantors (as defined therein) and The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, principal paying agent, transfer agent and registrar, as amended, extended, restructured, renewed, refunded, novated, supplemented, restated, replaced or modified from time to time;

  • Senior Notes Indentures means, collectively, the 2020 Senior Notes Indenture and the 2023 Senior Notes Indenture.

  • Subordinated Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of the Closing Date, among the Borrower, the guarantors party thereto and The Bank of New York, as trustee, pursuant to which the Subordinated Notes are issued, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent permitted by Section 10.7(b).

  • Mortgage Indenture means the Mortgage and Deed of Trust, dated as of April 1, 1932, between SIGECO and Bankers Trust Company (as supplemented from time to time before or after the date hereof by various supplemental indentures thereto).

  • Existing Senior Notes Indenture means the Indenture dated as of April 11, 2013, among the Lux Borrower, as issuer, the Parent, as guarantor and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as trustee, under which the Existing Senior Notes are outstanding, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

  • Senior Notes Indenture means the Indenture for the Senior Notes, dated December 29, 2011, between the Borrower and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented, replaced or refinanced to the extent not prohibited by this Agreement.

  • Senior Secured Notes Indenture means (i) the Indenture dated October 8, 2014, among the Borrowers, the guarantors party thereto and the Trustee or (ii) if Senior Secured Notes are issued pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition thereof, the loan agreement or indenture governing such Senior Secured Notes.

  • Second Lien Indenture has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Senior Subordinated Indenture means the Indenture dated as of October 15, 1997 between the Company and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as trustee, as from time to time amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.

  • First Mortgage Indenture means a first mortgage indenture pursuant to which any Borrower or any Subsidiary of any Borrower may issue bonds, notes or similar instruments secured by a lien on all or substantially all of such Borrower’s or such Subsidiary’s fixed assets, as the case may be.

  • Original Indenture has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Supplemental Indenture.

  • New Notes Indenture means an indenture between the Company and the New Notes Trustee, identical in all material respects to the Indenture (except that the cash interest and interest rate step-up provisions and the transfer restrictions shall be modified or eliminated, as appropriate).
