Basic shared parenting definition

Basic shared parenting means an arrangement under which one parent keeps a child or children overnight for less than 35 percent of the year and under which both parents contribute to the expenses of the child or children in addition to the payment of child support.

  • shared parental leave means leave under section 75E or 75G of the Employment Rights Act 1996;

  • Permitted Parent means (a) any Parent Entity that at the time it became a Parent Entity was a Permitted Holder pursuant to clauses (1), (2) and (3) of the definition thereof; provided that such Parent Entity was not formed in connection with, or in contemplation of, a transaction (other than the Transactions) that would otherwise constitute a Change in Control and (b) Holdings, so long as it is controlled by one or more Persons that are Permitted Holders pursuant to clause (1), (2), (3) or (4) of the definition thereof.

  • Intended parent means an individual who entered into a gestational agreement providing that the individual will be the parent of a child born to a woman by means of assisted reproduction, including an individual who has a genetic relationship with the child.

  • Pre-Closing Reorganization has the meaning given to it in Section 6.14.

  • Birth parent means the child's biological parent and, for purposes of adoptive placement, means

  • ITC (this Section2 of the RFP) means the Instructions to Consultants that provides the Consultants with all information needed to prepare their Proposals.

  • UCI means an undertaking for collective investment;

  • Shared Services Agreement means an agreement entered into between two or more municipalities, including the District Municipality, whereby the participating municipalities agree to share services described in the agreement;

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.

  • CEC means the California Energy Commission or its successor agency.

  • In loco parentis means relating to the responsibility to undertake the care and control of another person in the absence of:

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Acquisition Consideration means the purchase consideration for any Permitted Acquisition and all other payments by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in exchange for, or as part of, or in connection with, any Permitted Acquisition, whether paid in cash or by exchange of Equity Interests or of properties or otherwise and whether payable at or prior to the consummation of such Permitted Acquisition or deferred for payment at any future time, whether or not any such future payment is subject to the occurrence of any contingency, and includes any and all payments representing the purchase price and any assumptions of Indebtedness, “earn-outs” and other agreements to make any payment the amount of which is, or the terms of payment of which are, in any respect subject to or contingent upon the revenues, income, cash flow or profits (or the like) of any person or business; provided that any such future payment that is subject to a contingency shall be considered Acquisition Consideration only to the extent of the reserve, if any, required under GAAP at the time of such sale to be established in respect thereof by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
