Basket of Securities definition

Basket of Securities means a group of securities or assets determined by Purpose from time to time representing the constituent securities of a fund.
Basket of Securities means a group of shares or other securities, including but not limited to one or more exchange traded funds or securities, determined by the Investment Manager from time to time for the purpose of subscription orders, exchanges, redemptions or for other purposes;
Basket of Securities means, in relation to a particular Brompton ETF, a group of securities and/or assets determined by the Manager from time to time representing the constituent securities of the portfolio of the Brompton ETF.

Basket of Securities means, in relation to the ETF, if applicable, a group of securities and/or assets determined by the Manager from time to time, which represent a portion or all of the securities and/or assets held by the ETF, based on each security’s sale price and/or asset’s value at the Valuation Time on the applicable Valuation Day;
Basket of Securities means, in relation to a particular Brompton ETF, a group of securities or assets as the Manager may determine in its discretion from time to time for the purpose of subscription orders, exchanges, redemptions or other purposes.
