BASSET certificate definition

BASSET certificate means a certificate, card, or other written evidence issued by a person or entity that is licensed, certified, or otherwise duly authorized by the State of Illinois Liquor Control Commission to offer a BASSET program and to issue such certificates, cards, or other written evidence of successful completion of a BASSET program, as required by 235 ILCS 5/3-12(11.1) and 6-27 and Title 77 of the Illinois Administrative Code, Chapter XVI, Section 3500.
BASSET certificate means a certificate, card or other written evidence issued by a person who is licensed or certified by the State of Illinois Liquor Control Commission to offer a BASSET training program and to issue such certificates, cards or other written evidence of success completion of a BASSET training program.
