Unit Certificate definition

Unit Certificate means a certificate evidencing the rights and obligations of the Corporation and a Holder with respect to the number of Units specified on such certificate.

Unit Certificate is defined in Section 7.2.

Unit Certificate means a Certificate issued to the Applicant under the said Scheme, evidencing the number of Units issued to the person(s) named therein.

• The account statement or Unit Certificate shall be dispatched to the Unit Holder within fifteen days of the issue of Bonus Units.

More Definitions of Unit Certificate
