BCA Assurant means, collectively, American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida, a Florida corporation, American Security Insurance Company, a Delaware corporation, Federal Warranty Service Corporation, an Illinois corporation, The Signal, LP, a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania limited partnership, and CWork Solutions, LP, a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania limited partnership.
