BD Name and XX Xxxxx means the names, Trademarks, monograms, domain names, media accounts or “handles” with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media platforms, and other source or business identifiers of either Party or any member of its Group using or containing “BD”, either alone or in combination with other words or elements, and all names, Trademarks, monograms, domain names, social media accounts and other source or business identifiers confusingly similar to or embodying any of the foregoing either alone or in combination with other words or elements.
