Belterra Park definition

Belterra Park means PNK (Ohio), LLC, any of its Subsidiaries and any Assets and Liabilities held therein, including any real property interest.
Belterra Park means Respondents Pinnacle’s Belterra Park casino and racetrack located at 6301 Kellogg Road in Cincinnati, Ohio, and including all casino, restaurants, alcoholic beverage services, retail space, and other businesses, operations, properties, and services related thereto.
