Benchmark Floor definition

Benchmark Floor means a rate of interest equal to zero percent (0%).
Benchmark Floor means the greater of (a) 0.00% and (b) such higher amount as may be specified with respect to any Transaction in the related Confirmation.
Benchmark Floor means, at any time, with respect to any Transaction, the greater of (a) zero and (b) the Benchmark Floor set forth in the related Confirmation with respect to the then-applicable Benchmark.

Benchmark Floor means the benchmark rate floor, if any, provided in this Agreement initially (as of the execution of this Agreement, the modification, amendment or renewal of this Agreement or otherwise) with respect to the Adjusted Term SOFR Rate and Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR Rate or, if no floor is specified, zero.
