  • The Liquidating Trustee shall reserve from the property of the Liquidating Trust and maintain in the Claim Reserve Account, after consultation with the Beneficiary Committee, sufficient Cash to pay all Claims, including Disputed Claims, Claims arising from the rejection of executory contracts and unexpired leases, Late Filed Unsecured Claims and Administrative Expense Claims, including interest at the Legal Rate as required under the Plan.
