Beneficiary Committee definition

Beneficiary Committee means the committee consisting of Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx. The duties, powers and obligations of the Beneficiary Committee are set forth in the Liquidating Trust Agreement.

The physician may
