Beneficiary Data definition

Beneficiary Data means any data contributed or provided to Data Republic or the Participant by the relevant Beneficiary.
Beneficiary Data means information about an individual person or business directly benefiting from the Project ie the person or business who is or will be the ultimate recipient of a benefit;
Beneficiary Data means any data contributed or provided to Data Republic or you by the relevant Beneficiary. Claim means, in relation to a party, a demand, claim, action or proceeding made or brought by or against the party, however arising and whether present, unascertained, immediate, future or contingent.

  • Deferral Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the amount of the Deferrals.

  • Plan Agreement means a written agreement, as may be amended from time to time, which is entered into by and between an Employer and a Participant. Each Plan Agreement executed by a Participant and the Participant’s Employer shall provide for the entire benefit to which such Participant is entitled under the Plan; should there be more than one Plan Agreement, the Plan Agreement bearing the latest date of acceptance by the Employer shall supersede all previous Plan Agreements in their entirety and shall govern such entitlement. The terms of any Plan Agreement may be different for any Participant, and any Plan Agreement may provide additional benefits not set forth in the Plan or limit the benefits otherwise provided under the Plan; provided, however, that any such additional benefits or benefit limitations must be agreed to by both the Employer and the Participant.

  • Individual Account Means the account established and maintained under this Plan for each Participant in accordance with Section 4.01.

  • Individual Agreement means an employment, consulting or similar agreement between a Participant and the Company or one of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates.

  • Other Participant means a cooperative project participant other than the United States.

  • Surviving Spouse means the widow or widower, as the case may be, of a Deceased Participant or a Deceased Beneficiary (as applicable).

  • Refund beneficiary means an individual nominated by a qualified participant or a former qualified participant under section 66 to receive a distribution of the participant's accumulated balance in the manner prescribed in section 67.

  • Alternate Payee means any spouse, former spouse, child, or other dependent of a Participant who is recognized by a qualified domestic relations order as having a right to receive all, or a portion of, the benefits payable under a Plan with respect to such Participant.

  • Financial Beneficiary means any Principal of the Developer or Applicant entity who receives or will receive any direct or indirect financial benefit from a Development, except as further described in Rule 67-21.0025, F.A.C.

  • Qualified beneficiary means a beneficiary who, on the date the beneficiary's qualification is determined:

  • Remainder beneficiary means a person entitled to receive principal when an income interest ends.

  • Annual Information Form means a document filed by the funds with Canadian securities regulators which provides supplementary information about the funds.

  • Distribution Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the time and form of distribution.

  • Former Spouse means the individual who is considered by Applicable Laws to be the Annuitant’s former spouse or common-law partner;

  • Third Party Beneficiary means each of the non-NHS bodies set out in the list attached at Schedule 1, as supplied from time to time by the Authority to the Contractor;

  • Participant has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(d).

  • Account Application Form means the Personal Account Application Form for International Personal Banking or Wealth and Investment as applicable;

  • Deferral Agreement means an irrevocable agreement entered into between a Nonemployee Director and the Company to authorize the Company to reduce the amount of the Nonemployee Director’s Annual Retainer and credit the amount of such reduction to the Plan consistent with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code.
