Ultimate Recipient definition

Ultimate Recipient means this Local Government

Ultimate Recipient means an entity identified under sections A.1 a) of Schedule A in Canada – British Columbia ICIP Integrated Bilateral Agreement and identified within this guide as an eligible applicant.

Ultimate Recipient means an entity identified under section A.1 a) (Ultimate Recipients) that is eligible to receive contribution funding for a Project under this Agreement.

• In the event of such a campaign, the sponsoring party or Ultimate Recipient agrees to inform the other parties of its intention, and to inform them no less than 21 working days prior to the campaign launch.

• Failure by British Columbia, UBCM or its Ultimate Recipient to adhere to this Schedule may affect the timing and flow of any CCBF funding that may be transferred by Canada.

• Asset Management Commitments may vary depending on whether the Ultimate Recipient is; a Local Government, a non–local government entity, Translink, and/or BC Transit.

• British Columbia and UBCM, and, as appropriate, Canada and the Ultimate Recipient will have the opportunity to participate in such events through a designated representative.

• Repeated or sustained failures to comply with the terms of this Schedule could result in downward adjustment of allocations for British Columbia, UBCM or Ultimate Recipient for future Infrastructure Canada programs.

Ultimate Recipient means an entity identified under sections A.1 b) and A.2 b) of Schedule A (Program Details) that is eligible to receive funding under the Program for a Project under this Agreement.
