Best extent possible definition

Best extent possible means there shall be no reading at 2.5 centimeters from any potential leak source, greater than or equal to 100% of the lower explosive limit, LEL, measured as propane, as detected by a combustible gas detector using the test procedure described in Appendix B of the EPA document entitled "Control of Volatile Organic Compound Leaks from Gasoline Tank Trucks and Vapor Collection Systems" (EPA-450/2-78-051).
Best extent possible means there shall be no reading at 2.5 centimeters from any potential leak source, greater than or equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the lower explosive limit, LEL, measured as propane, as detected by a combustible gas detector using the test procedure described in Appendix B of the EPA document entitled "Control of Volatile Organic Compound Leaks from Gasoline Tank Trucks and Vapor Collection Systems" (EPA­450/2­78­051), incorporated above in § 11.4(A) of this Part.(1978), not including any further editions or amendments

  • Estimate means to be based on technical evaluation of the sources contributing to the discharge including, but not limited to, pump capabilities, water meters, and batch discharge volumes.
