BF Eligible Broadcast Television definition

BF Eligible Broadcast Television means the transmission of any service, Program or schedule of Programs, via an unencrypted digital terrestrial broadcast television transmission originating in any Broadcast Flag Jurisdiction and any substantially simultaneous re-transmission thereof made by an entity located within the country or territory in which the broadcast originated, regardless of whether such entity subjects such further transmission to an access control method.
