The evaluation process of all administrators shall consist of Bi-Annual Reports by the Administrator submitted on or about November 1 and April 1 of each year and an Annual Performance Narrative Form completed by the Administrative Area Supervisor after the submission of the administrator’s April Report by a date determined by the University in Appendix E.
