Examples of BiCS LDA in a sentence

  • The execution, delivery and performance of the New Agreements and the BiCS LDA by it and its Affiliates do not and will not (a) breach, violate or conflict with any provision of its charter documents as amended to date, or (b) conflict with or violate any Law applicable to it.
