BID Assessment definition

BID Assessment means the Unit’s proportionate share of the expenses of the BID in which the Building is located.
BID Assessment means the Building's proportionate share of the expenses of the Metrotech Area Business Improvement District, as determined in accordance with the approved District Plan of the Metrotech Area Business Improvement District and the annual budget adopted by the Board of Directors of the Metrotech Area District Management Association, Inc.
BID Assessment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.02A(ii) hereof.

Examples of BID Assessment in a sentence

  • If Tenant shall have underpaid the BID Assessment for any Tax Year, Tenant shall pay to Landlord an amount equal to the amount of such underpayment of Tenant’s BID Payment with respect to such Tax Year within thirty (30) days after receipt of the applicable BID Statement.

  • If, for any Tax Year, the BID Assessment shall be less than the amount reflected on the last-issued Estimated BID Statement for such Tax Year, Landlord shall (and in any other case Landlord may) within sixty (60) days after the end of such Tax Year issue a statement of the BID Assessment for such Tax Year, including a computation of Tenant’s BID Payment for such Tax Year (a “BID Statement”).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall not be entitled to any discount, credit or other benefit in respect of Taxes or a BID Assessment on account of any credit or offset provided in Section 3.1(b)(ii) of the Unit Ground Lease.

  • If thebill for the Downtown BID Assessment specifies that it applies to a given period of time, Tenant’s obligations shall be amortized to the extent the Term of this Lease does not include all such period.

  • Tenant shall pay Tenant’s Percentage Share of the Downtown BID Assessment in equal monthly installments as the same are billed by Landlord to Tenant.
