BillPayer Service definition

BillPayer Service means Lender’s (or, as applicable, its Affiliate’s) then current automated bill paying service, as established and implemented by Lender (or such Affiliate) in accordance with its methods and procedures periodically in effect.

BillPayer Service means Lender’s (or, as applicable, its Affiliate’s) then current automated bixx xaying service, as established and implemented by Lender (or such Affiliate) in accordance with its methods and procedures periodically in effect.

BillPayer Service means Agent’s (or, as applicable, its Affiliate’s) then current automated bill paying service, as established and implemented by Agent (or such Affiliate) in accordance with its methods and procedures periodically in effect.

Examples of BillPayer Service in a sentence

• Borrower further acknowledges and agrees to maintain payments hereunder through the BillPayer Service throughout the term of this Note (to the extent Lender and its affiliates continue to provide such service).

• If the BillPayer Service is cancelled at any time, Borrower may be required to pay Lender the then current amount of the difference between Lender’s customary Note processing fee and the discounted Note processing fee received by Borrower in consideration of its use of the BillPayer Service.

• Borrower acknowledges and agrees that use of the BillPayer Service shall be governed by the then current standard terms and conditions thereof, and Borrower hereby acknowledges receipt of such Terms and Conditions as in effect on the date hereof.

• Borrowers further acknowledge and agree to maintain payments hereunder through such BillPayer Service throughout the term of this Agreement.

• Borrowers agree that use of Lender’s or its Affiliate’s then current BillPayer Service will be governed by the then current standard terms and conditions thereof.

• Bill Payments are made from your designated payment account for the amount requested by you to the scheduled payee through Primebank’s BillPayer Service.

• Payments made through Primebank’s BillPayer Service require sufficient time for your payee to credit your account properly.

• If the BillPayer Service is cancelled at any time, Borrower may be required to pay Lender the then current amount of the difference between Lender’s customary note processing fee and the discounted note processing fee received by Borrower in consideration of its use of the BillPayer Service.

More Definitions of BillPayer Service

BillPayer Service and “the Service” means the bill payment service offered by Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union (BFSFCU), through our designated service provider.

BillPayer Service means Lender’s (or, as applicable, its Affiliate’s) then current automated bill paying service, as established and implemented by Lender (or such Affiliate) in accordance with its methods and procedures periodically in effect. “Blocked Person” means any Person: (a) listed in the annex to, or otherwise subject to the provisions of, Executive Order No. 13224, (b) owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, any Person that is listed in the annex to, or is otherwise subject to the provisions of, Executive Order No. 13224, (c) with which Xxxxxx is prohibited from dealing or otherwise engaging in any transaction by any Anti-Terrorism Law, (d) that commits, threatens or conspires to commit or supports “terrorism” as defined in Executive Order No. 13224, or (e) that is named a “specially designated national” or “blocked person” on the most current list published by OFAC or other similar list. “Borrower” has the meaning ascribed thereto in the preamble to the Agreement.
