Biofuel producer means a person that through activities in Oregon:
Biofuel producer means a person who produces biofuel for his or her own use or for sale;
Biofuel producer means a person that owns, leases, operates, controls, or supervises a facility at which biofuel is produced. “Biofuel Supplier” means a marketer or jobber of a biofuel or biofuel blend.
