Blade Flights definition

Blade Flights means the Exclusive Air Transportation Services operated by the Air Carriers pursuant to the Agreement, including Scheduled Flights and Charter Flights.

Examples of Blade Flights in a sentence

  • At Helijet’s sole cost and expense, except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, the Exclusive Rights Purchase Agreement or the Transition Plan, Helijet shall make the Controlled Heliports available to the Blade Parties for Blade Flights.

  • The Air Carriers agree to allow the Aircraft performing Blade Flights to be tracked via Flightradar24, FlightAware and any other flight tracking service as requested by the Blade Parties.

  • The hourly rates for Blade Flights (the “Rates”) will be mutually agreed upon by the Blade Parties and Helijet and set forth in each Contract Period Key Terms Schedule.

  • Unless otherwise set forth in the Contract Period Key Terms Schedule, the Blade Parties shall reimburse Helijet for any landing fees incurred by Helijet when operating Blade Flights arriving at or departing from points other than the Controlled Heliports in an amount equal to the landing fees assessed to and paid by Helijet, provided such landing fees are set forth in a Weekly Invoice (as defined below).

  • In any such negotiation, the Parties agree that the Rates are intended to allow Helijet a reasonable opportunity to fully recover its fixed and direct operating costs associated with the operation of the Blade Flights and provide the Parties with reasonably similar profitability to that enjoyed by the Parties under this Agreement during the Initial Term or the then current Renewal Term, as applicable.

  • Once training is complete, the Air Carriers shall use the operator dashboard to accept or decline all Blade Flights requested by the Blade Parties.

  • Notwithstanding the actual flight times for Blade Flights, each Contract Period Key Terms Schedule will set forth the expected one-way flight times for Blade Flights on the Key Routes (the “Key Route Flight Times”).

  • The Parties will jointly assess the feasibility and explore the possibility of acquiring access to and integrating new technologies, including, but not limited to, Electric Vertical Aircraft, for Blade Flights.

Related to Blade Flights

  • Ferry Flight means the movement of an aircraft without payload to position the aircraft to perform a flight or upon completion of a flight to position the aircraft to a point required by the carrier.

  • Flight means any flight demonstration, flight test, taxi test, or other flight made in the performance of this contract, of for the purpose of safeguarding the aircraft, or previously approved in writing by the Contracting Officer.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • passengers means the driver and up to the number of passengers allowed as shown in the Vehicle Registration Document travelling in the vehicle;

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.

  • Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.

  • Plasma arc incinerator means any enclosed device using a high intensity electrical discharge or arc as a source of heat followed by an afterburner using controlled flame combustion and which is not listed as an industrial furnace.

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Generator means a device that produces electricity.

  • Landing Gear means the installed main and nose landing gear, components and their associated actuators, side braces and parts.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.

  • Electrical work Means any labor or material used in installing, altering, maintaining, or extending an electrical wiring system and the appurtenances, apparatus, or equipment used in connection with the use of electrical energy in, on, outside, or attached to a building, residence, structure, property, or premises. The term includes service entrance conductors as defined by the National Electrical Code.

  • Luggage means any property travelling with a Passenger but excludes any Goods contained in or carried on board a Vessel;

  • Stations means the Owned Stations and the Contract Stations.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Airports means Chicago O’Hare International Airport and Chicago Midway International Airport.
