block boundary definition

block boundary means the geographical boundary of the coal or lignite block expressed by way of co- ordinates specified in the allocation order issued under section 11A of the Act or a notification of reservation issued under section 17A of the Act or vesting order or allotment order issued under the Coal Mines (Special Provisions) Act, 2015 (11of 2015) or any other instrument or order issued under any other law in force entitling a person to carry out prospecting or mining operations;
block boundary means the boundary of the Block as shown on the Block Details Plan and does not include the Verge; Block Details Plan means the plan described as such in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Housing Development Guidelines;
block boundary means the boundary of a Block as shown on the Landscape Plans and does not include the Verge.
