Board of assessment definition

Board of assessment means the board created under subch.II of ch. 32, for the purpose of estimating benefits and dam- ages in connection with the creation or improvement of a pedes- trian mall.
Board of assessment means the board appointed in accordance with the Land Acquisition Act (as defined herein).
