BOAT HOUSE definition

BOAT HOUSE. - means an accessory building designed and used primarily for the storage of boats, and which is designed in such a way as to permit the direct removal of boats from the water to the structure;
BOAT HOUSE means any building or structure intended for use to house, shelter, or protect a boat or other form of water transportation. When constructed in association with a residential dwelling, a boat house shall be deemed an accessory building.
BOAT HOUSE means a structure over the water or directly landward of the OHWM designed for the storage of boats or water-related recreational equipment, but not including boat lift canopies.
