RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT definition

RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT. - means any permanent building, the intended use of which is for either active or passive recreation. Certain types of sidewalk furniture may be classified as recreational equipment at the discretion of the Development Officer;
RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT means any building or structure which is intended to be used for either active or passive recreation activities. Certain types of sidewalk furniture may be considered to be recreation equipment at the discretion of the Development Authority;

More Definitions of RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT

RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT means a camper trailer, pick-up camper (not attached to the truck), motorized mobile home, boat, house boat, boat trailer, equipment trailer, utility trailer, dune buggies, snowmobiles, motorcycles and ATV (all-terrain vehicle), or any similar equipment designed, constructed, or modified for recreational or travel use and otherwise not primarily used for ordinary day to day transportation. Shall comply with Section 410.190, parked no longer than 180 days.
RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT means any mobile apparatus specifically designed for recreational activities and including utility trailers, travel trailers, pickup campers, motorized dwellings, tent trailers, boat trailers, houseboats or storage containers used for transporting, recreational equipment.
RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT means a unit intended as a temporary accommodation for travel, recreational or vacation use. Such units include one or more of a travel trailer, camper, motorized dwelling, a tent trailer, slide-in campers, chassis mounted campers, a boat, a boat trailer, containers used for transporting recreational equipment whether or not occupied by such equipment and any other non-commercial trailer.
RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT. : means a boat, personal watercraft, trailer and items on trailers, utility trailers, and similar vehicles or items.
