Boarding house fees cover all expenses associated with providing food and accommodation to a student in the boarding house.
Examples of such behaviour include but are not limited to rude, and abusive communication with the hostel, its employees, managers, or directors or refusing to co-operate with the hostel or making threats towards the hostel, its employees, boarders, managers or directors and/or refusing to comply with or give effect to any decision of the Boarding house Master/Mistress, School Principal or Director(s).
The following types of Council Owned Housing Stock are covered by this policy: ▪ General Public Rental Housing including houses; flats and Affordable Rental Accommodation (Hostels); ▪ Housing designated for the aged (Retirement Cottages and Flats); ▪ Boarding house rooms; and ▪ Housing for persons receiving government grants other than old age pensions.
Boarding house supervisory employees are entitled to 9 weeks’ annual leave for each completed year of service.
