Bob Estate definition

Bob Estate has the meaning given to it in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • At any time, the Xxx Trust may, in its sole discretion, pay all or any portion of the proceeds of the Shares to the Bank, to be applied toward the amounts owed by the Bob Estate to the Bank under the Note, but allocable to the Xxx Trust.

  • Gross estate means the gross estate, for federal estate tax purposes.

  • Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and the sale of homes and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.

  • Conveyed Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Real Estate-Related Assets means any investments by the Company or the Operating Partnership in Mortgages and Real Estate-Related Securities.

  • Estates means the estates of the Debtors created by section 541 of the Bankruptcy Code upon the commencement of the Chapter 11 Cases.

  • Contributed Assets shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Property Owner Association Property means, for each Fiscal Year, any property within the boundaries of IA No. 1 that was owned by a property owner association, including any master or sub-association, as of January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year.

  • railway property means any railway belonging to Network Rail and—

  • Real Estate Assets means any investment by the Company or the Operating Partnership in unimproved and improved Real Property (including fee or leasehold interests, options and leases), directly, through one or more subsidiaries or through a Joint Venture.

  • Material Real Estate Asset means (i) any fee-owned Real Estate Asset having a fair market value in excess of $2,500,000 as of the date of the acquisition thereof or (ii) any Real Estate Asset that the Required Lenders have determined is material to the business, general affairs, assets, liabilities, operations, management, condition (financial or otherwise), stockholders’ equity, results of operations or value of any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof, including the Borrower.

  • State property means any building, land, or other real property owned, leased, or occupied by any department, agency, or instrumentality wholly owned by the State, unless, with respect to any building, land, or other real property leased or rented by the State, the lease or rental agreement shall prohibit the establishment of such vending facilities.

  • Trust Estate means all money, instruments, rights and other property that are subject or intended to be subject to the lien and security interest of this Indenture for the benefit of the Noteholders (including, without limitation, all property and interests Granted to the Indenture Trustee), including all proceeds thereof.

  • Private property means any dwelling and its curtilage which is being used by a natural person or natural persons for habitation and which is not open to the public and privately owned real property which is not open to the public. "Private property" shall not include:

  • School property means in or within any building, structure, athletic playing field, playground, parking lot or land contained within the real property boundary line of a public elementary or secondary school, or in or on a school bus, as defined in Vehicle and Traffic Law §142.

  • Leased Real Estate means all leasehold or subleasehold estates and other rights to use or occupy any land, buildings, structures, improvements, fixtures, or other interest in real property held by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Commercial real estate means real estate or an interest in real estate that is not any of the following:

  • Timeshare Property means one or more accommodations subject to the same timeshare instrument, together with any other property or rights to property appurtenant to those accommodations.

  • Real estate investment trust means any corporation, trust or association qualifying and electing to be taxed as a real estate investment trust under federal law.

  • Undepreciated Real Estate Assets as of any date means the cost (original cost plus capital improvements) of real estate assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries on such date, before depreciation and amortization, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Owned Real Estate means all land, together with all buildings, structures, fixtures, and improvements located thereon and all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances relating thereto, owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object, or other real or personal property of historical, architectural, or archaeological value, and folklife resources. These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.

  • Real Estate Asset means, at any time of determination, any interest (fee, leasehold or otherwise) then owned by any Credit Party in any real property.

  • Real Estate means all Leases and all land, together with the buildings, structures, parking areas, and other improvements thereon, now or hereafter owned by any Loan Party, including all easements, rights-of-way, and similar rights relating thereto and all leases, tenancies, and occupancies thereof.

  • Retained Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Indenture Estate shall have the meaning specified in the Granting Clause of the Lease Indenture.
