Bond Funded Portion of the Project Funds definition

Bond Funded Portion of the Project Funds means any portion of the Project Funds which was or will be funded with Bond Proceeds.
Bond Funded Portion of the Project Funds means any portion of the Project Funds which was or will be funded with Bond Proceeds by the State Water Board.

Examples of Bond Funded Portion of the Project Funds in a sentence

  • The Recipient has incurred, or reasonably expects that it will incur within six (6) months of the Applicable Date, a substantial binding obligation (i.e., not subject to contingencies within the control of the Recipient or a related party) to a third party to expend at least five percent (5%) of the Bond Funded Portion of the Project Funds on Project Costs.

  • The completion of acquisition, construction, improvement and equipping of the Project and the allocation of the Bond Funded Portion of the Project Funds to Project Costs will proceed with due diligence.

  • The Recipient reasonably expects to use all of the Bond Funded Portion of the Project Funds and the Project for the entire stated term to maturity of the Obligation.

  • Absent an opinion of Nationally-Recognized Bond Counsel to the effect that such use of the Bond Funded Portion of the Project Funds will not adversely affect the exclusion from federal gross income of interest on the Bonds pursuant to Section 103 of the Code, the Recipient will use the Bond Funded Portion of the Project Funds and the Project solely as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Absent an opinion of Nationally- Recognized Bond Counsel to the effect that such use of the Bond Funded Portion of the Project Funds will not adversely affect the exclusion from federal gross income of interest on the Bonds pursuant to Section 103 of the Code, the Recipient will use the Bond Funded Portion of the Project Funds and the Project solely as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Preliminary expenditures may not exceed 20% of the Bond Funded Portion of the Project Funds.

Related to Bond Funded Portion of the Project Funds

  • Project Fund means the fund required to be established by this Resolution for the deposit of the proceeds of the Bonds.

  • Project Funds means all moneys disbursed to the Recipient by the State Water Board for eligible Project Costs pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Proceeds Account means a bank account of the Issuer, into which the Net Proceeds from the Initial Bond Issue will be transferred and which has been pledged in favour of the Agent and the Bondholders (represented by the Agent) under the Proceeds Account Pledge Agreement.

  • Project Account means the account referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;
