Bond Interest Term Rate definition

Bond Interest Term Rate or “BIT Rate” shall mean the interest rate on any Bond established in accordance with Section 2.01(c)(v) hereof.
Bond Interest Term Rate means, with respect to each Bond, a non variable interest rate on such Bond established periodically in accordance with Section 308(g) of this Indenture.
Bond Interest Term Rate means with respect to each Bond, a term, non-variable interest rate on such Bond established periodically in accordance with Section 2.0l(g).

Examples of Bond Interest Term Rate in a sentence

  • Each Bond Interest Term and Bond Interest Term Rate shall be determined by the Remarketing Agent no later than the first day of each Bond Interest Term.

  • When Certificates are remarketed in connection with the conversion of the interest rate to a different Mode or to the Long-Term Interest Rate Mode or the Bond Interest Term Rate Mode, the District and the Remarketing Agent will agree on a fee specifically for such remarketing.

  • The Bond Interest Term and the Bond Interest Term Rate for each Bond need not be the same for any two Bonds, even if determined on the same date.

  • During each Short-Term Interest Rate Period commencing on the date specified and ending on the day immediately preceding the effective date of the next succeeding Interest Rate Period, each Bond shall bear interest at a Bond Interest Term Rate during each Bond Interest Term for that Bond.


More Definitions of Bond Interest Term Rate

Bond Interest Term Rate means the non-variable interest rate on the Bonds during a Bond Interest Term as provided in Section 204(g) of the First Supplemental Indenture.
Bond Interest Term Rate means with respect to each Series 2007 Bond of a Series, a non-variable interest rate on such Series 2007 Bond of a Series established periodically in accordance with Section 28.04(G) hereof.
Bond Interest Term Rate means, with respect to each Bond, a non-variable interest rate on such Bond established periodically in accordance with the Twenty-Seventh Supplemental Indenture.
Bond Interest Term Rate means, with respect to each Bond, a non-variable interest rate with respect such Bond established periodically in accordance with Section 2.12(g) hereof.
Bond Interest Term Rate means, with respect to each Series 2005A Bond, a non-variable interest rate on such Series 2005A Bond established periodically as described under the caption "THE SERIES 2005A BONDSInterest Rates – Short-Term Interest Rate Period."

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Term Rate means the per annum interest rate with respect to Bonds in the Term Rate Mode determined pursuant to Section 2.09.

  • Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.

  • Weekly Rate means the rate of interest on a Group of 2021 Series A Variable Rate Bonds described in Section 301 of Appendix A hereto.

  • Term Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Term Rate.

  • Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.

  • Weekly Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2021 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Weekly Rate.

  • Reference Bond Rate means, with respect to any date of redemption, the rate per annum equal to the annual or semi-annual yield (as the case may be) to maturity or interpolated yield to maturity (on the relevant day count basis) of the Reference Bond, assuming a price for the Reference Bond (expressed as a percentage of its nominal amount) equal to the Reference Bond Price for such date of redemption;

  • Bond and Interest Fund means the Bond and Interest Fund of the Issuer for its general obligation bonds.

  • 5-year Mid-Swap Rate means, in relation to a Reset Interest Period and the Reset Rate of Interest Determination Date in relation to such Reset Interest Period:

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove. Details of such bankers will be provided to the Applicant when so requested in writing.

  • Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate means EURIBOR (if the Specified Currency is euro), LIBOR for the Specified Currency (if the Specified Currency is U.S. dollars, Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs), CIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Danish Kroner), NIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Norwegian Kroner), STIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Swedish Kronor) or (in the case of any other Specified Currency) the benchmark rate most closely connected with such Specified Currency and selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;

  • Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate equal to 0.02% in excess of LIBOR as determined by the Calculation Agent on the related LIBOR Determination Date with respect to each Interest Period.

  • Base Interest Rate means a rate of interest based on the LIBOR Rate. "Base Interest Rate Loan" shall mean amounts outstanding under this note that bear interest at a Base Interest Rate. "Base Rate Maturity Date" shall mean the last day of the Interest Period with respect to principal outstanding under a Base Interest Rate Loan. "Business Day" shall mean a day which is not a Saturday or Sunday on which Bank is open for business in the state identified in paragraph 6, above, and with the respect to the rate of interest based on the LIBOR Rate, on which dealings in U.S. dollar deposits outside of the United States may be carried on by Bank. "Interest Period" shall mean any calendar period of one, two, three, six, nine or twelve months. In determining an Interest Period, a month means a period that starts on one Business Day in a month and ends on and includes the day preceding the numerically corresponding day in the next month. For any month in which there is no such numerically corresponding day, then as to that month, such day shall be deemed to be the last calendar day of such month. Any Interest Period which would otherwise end on a non-Business Day shall end on the next succeeding Business Day unless that is the first day of a month, in which event such Interest Period shall end on the next preceding Business Day. "LIBOR Rate" shall mean a per annum rate of interest (rounded upward, if necessary, to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) at which dollar deposits, in immediately available funds and in lawful money of the United States would be offered to Bank, outside of the United States, for a term coinciding with the Interest Period selected by Debtor and for an amount equal to the amount of principal covered by Dxxxxx's interest rate selection, plus Bank's costs, including the cost, if any of reserve requirements. "Origination Date" shall mean the Business Day on which funds are made available to Debtor relating to Debtor's selection of a Base Interest Rate. "Reference Rate" shall mean the rate announced by Bank from time to time at its corporate headquarters as its Reference Rate. The Reference Rate is an index rate determined by Bank from time to time as a means of pricing certain extensions of credit and is neither directly tied to any external rate of interest or index nor necessarily the lowest rate of interest charged by Bank at any given time.

  • Class A Note Interest Rate means a per annum rate of [ ]% [in excess of LIBOR as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Period].

  • Stated Interest Rate means with respect to (i) the Class AA Certificates, 3.15% per annum, (ii) the Class A Certificates, 3.50% per annum and (iii) the Class B Certificates, 3.85% per annum.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Mortgage Interest Rate The annual rate of interest borne on a Mortgage Note.
