The Bonds shall be dated as of the Bond Issuance Date, be issuable in Authorized Denominations, and bear interest from the most recent Interest Payment Date to which interest has been paid or for which due provision has been made or if no Interest Payment Date has occurred therefor, the dated date thereof.
