Any notice given to a party under or in connection with this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be: delivered by hand or by pre-paid first-class post or other next working day delivery service to the respective Authorised Representative at the address specified on the Booking Confirmation; or sent by email to the respective Authorised Representative’s email address as specified in the Booking Confirmation.
The Booking System will allow the general public to rent the facilities or reserve the Soccer Fields for free use as set forth in Section 3.5. At all times, AFA shall provide the Village with restricted administrator access to the Booking System, provided, however, that the Village shall not make any changes or edits in the Booking System.
The Total Price/Agreed Premium above includes the Booking Amount paid by the Allottee towards obtaining the sub-lease of the said Apartment.
In addition, the Village residents shall have access to 30 hours of use of the Soccer Field per month during the Programming Schedule upon availability by reserving the fields through the Booking System (as defined below) and upon providing proof of residence in the Village.
For the avoidance of doubt, the visitors standard terms and conditions (if any) attached to, enclose with, or referred to within the booking shall not govern the Contract and these Conditions shall prevail over any other conditions previously published by HWU:HS in respect of the Booking and these Conditions apply to the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms that the Visitor seeks to impose or incorporate or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing.
