Booking Borrowings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any Lender may make, carry or transfer its Borrowings at, to, or for the account of any of its branch offices or the office of any of its Affiliates. However, no Affiliate is entitled to receive any greater payment under Section 3.15 than the transferor Lender would have been entitled to receive with respect to those Borrowings, and a transfer may not be made if, as a direct result of it, Section 3.15
