Booking Officer definition

Booking Officer means the person delegated by Council to manage Hall bookings. Claim means any demand, remedy, suit, injury, damage, loss, cost, liability, action, proceeding, right of action and claim for compensation (including the costs and expenses of defending or settling any action, proceeding, claim or demand).
