Borrower Funded Debt definition

Borrower Funded Debt means Funded Debt in respect of the Borrower Entities, on a consolidated basis.
Borrower Funded Debt means, as of any date of determination, Funded Debt of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries (but not including any Funded Debt of the Project Companies).

In the case of any Guarantee, the amount deemed fully funded shall be the greater of (x) the amount then due on the Guarantee, or (y) the maximum principal amount of the indebtedness then subject to such Guarantee. In the case of any Off-Balance Sheet Liability, the amount deemed fully funded shall be the amount that would be due if such Off-Balance Sheet Liability was due on the date of determination.
