Borrower Funding Account definition

Borrower Funding Account means an account (number 51948) in the name of the Borrower and maintained with the Account Bank.
Borrower Funding Account. The Deposit Account maintained by each Borrower for the purposes of funding certain acquisition related expenses.
Borrower Funding Account means the account listed for the Borrowers in Exhibit A-1 or such other Deposit Account as the Administrative Borrower may from time to time specify in writing to the Administrative Agent.
