Borrower Instruments definition

Borrower Instruments shall have the meaning specified in section 3.2.1 of this Agreement.
Borrower Instruments means an opinion of counsel from the General Counsel of the Borrower, substantially in the form of opinion that is attached as Exhibit E to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Borrower Instruments

Borrower Instruments means an opinion of counsel from the General Counsel of the Borrower, substantially in the form of opinion that is attached as Exhibit E to this Agreement. "Opinion of RUS's Counsel re: RUS Guarantee" shall mean an opinion of counsel from the Acting General Counsel of the Department of Agriculture to the Administrator of RUS, substantially in the form of opinion that is attached as Exhibit F to this Agreement. "Payment Date" shall mean January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15 of each year. "Person" shall mean any individual, corporation, partnership, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, trust company, unincorporated organization or Governmental Authority. "Pledge Agreement" shall mean the Pledge Agreement dated as of even date herewith, made among the Borrower, RUS, and U.S. Bank Trust National Association, a national association, as such agreement may be amended, supplemented, and restated from time to time in accordance with its terms. "Principal Instruments" shall have the meaning specified in section 4.2 of this Agreement.

Related to Borrower Instruments

  • Borrower Loan Agreement means the Borrower Loan Agreement, of even date herewith, between the Governmental Lender and the Borrower, as supplemented, amended or replaced from time to time in accordance with its terms.
