Borrower Investment Account definition

Borrower Investment Account means, in respect of an Investment Mortgage Loan, an investment account in the name of the relevant Borrower.
Borrower Investment Account means, in respect of an Investment Mortgage Loan, an investment account in the name of the relevant Borrower. "Borrower Investment Pledge" means a right of pledge (pandrecht) on the rights of the relevant Borrower in connection with the Borrower Investment Account in relation to Investment Mortgage Loans.
