Other Investments Account definition

Other Investments Account means the account established and maintained in the name of each Participant or Beneficiary to reflect his share of the Trust Fund, other than Company Stock.
Other Investments Account means the account of a Participant which is credited with such Participant's share of the net gain (or loss) of the Plan, Forfeitures and Employer contributions in other than Company Stock and which is debited with payments made to pay for Company Stock.

  • Any balance in a Participant's Other Investments Account will be applied to acquire for distribution the maximum number of whole shares or other units of Employer Stock at the then fair market value.
