Borrower Regulatory Agreement definition

Borrower Regulatory Agreement means that certain Healthcare Regulatory Agreement – Borrower dated as of __ ___, relating to the Project, and made by and between Borrower and HUD.
Borrower Regulatory Agreement means that certain Supplemental Healthcare Regulatory Agreement – Borrower relating to the Project, and made by Borrower for the benefit of HUD. [“Building Loan Agreement” means the HUD-approved form of the agreement between Borrower and Lender setting forth the terms and conditions for a HUD-insured construction loan.]
