Borrowing Capacity definition

Borrowing Capacity. For any VFN on any date, the difference between (i) the related Maximum VFN Principal Balance on such date and (ii) the related VFN Principal Balance on such date.

Borrowing Capacity means the ability to obtain draws or advances at the request of a Guarantor or any Affiliate or Subsidiary of a Guarantor in Dollars and within three (3) Business Days of the request therefor and to use or apply such draws or advances to repay amounts under the Credit Documents or Other Credit Facilities.
