Boundary line definition

Boundary line means an adequately dimensioned and described line (which may be straight, irregular, circular or spiral) bounding an area or dividing separate properties.
Boundary line means, for source emission purposes, a separation such as a fence, abutment or device that restricts public entry to any given area containing a source of emissions by locked gate or attendant.
