Brake Wear Charge definition

Brake Wear Charge means the brake wear charge specified in a Lease, which will apply for each 1/8th of an inch of brake wear for each drum. If not specified in a Lease, the Brake Wear Charge will be the greater of the following per drum: (i) $45 for each 1/8th inch of wear; or (ii) Xxxxxxxx’x standard brake wear charge rate at the time the Equipment is returned.

Examples of Brake Wear Charge in a sentence

  • If Customer returns Net Maintenance Lease Equipment with a remaining brake pad depth of less than 100% of the Initial Pad Depth, Customer agrees to pay XxXxxxxx the Brake Wear Charge per drum for every 1/8th inch that the brake pad depth has decreased from the Initial Pad Depth.

  • If Customer returns any such Equipment with Excess Brake Wear, Customer shall pay the Brake Wear Charge per drum for every 1/8th inch of Excess Brake Wear.

Related to Brake Wear Charge

  • Default Management Charge has the meaning given to it in paragraph 6.2 of Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information);

  • Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;

  • Management Charge means the sum paid by the Supplier to the Authority being an amount of half (0.5) percent of all Charges for the Services invoiced to the Contracting Bodies (net of VAT) in each Month throughout the Term and thereafter until the expiry or earlier termination of any Call-Off Contract;

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Runoff coefficient means the fraction of total rainfall that will appear at the conveyance as runoff.

  • Rack means a mechanism for delivering motor vehicle fuel or diesel from a refinery or terminal into a truck, trailer, railroad car, or other means of non-bulk transfer.

  • Landing means the level portion of a stairs located between flights of stairs or located at the top and foot of a stairs.

  • PNode has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • PBX means Private Branch Exchange.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.
