Brand Name Sponsorship means an athletic, musical, artistic, or other social or cultural event as to which payment is made (or other consideration is provided) in exchange for use of a Brand Name or Names (1) as part of the name of the event or (2) to identify, advertise, or promote such event or an entrant, participant or team in such event in any other way. Sponsorship of a single national or multi-state series or tour (for example, NASCAR (including any number of NASCAR races)), or of one or more events within a single national or multi-state series or tour, or of an entrant, participant, or team taking part in events sanctioned by a single approving organization (e.g., NASCAR or CART), constitutes one Brand Name Sponsorship. Sponsorship of an entrant, participant, or team by a Participating Manufacturer using a Brand Name or Names in an event that is part of a series or tour that is sponsored by such Participating Manufacturer or that is part of a series or tour in which any one or more events are sponsored by such Participating Manufacturer does not constitute a separate Brand Name Sponsorship. Sponsorship of an entrant, participant, or team by a Participating Manufacturer using a Brand Name or Names in any event (or series of events) not sponsored by such Participating Manufacturer constitutes a Brand Name Sponsorship. The term "Brand Name Sponsorship" shall not include an event in an Adult-Only Facility.

Brand Name Sponsorship means the payment by a Marijuana Establishment in exchange for use of a Brand Name (1) to sponsor an athletic, musical, artistic, or other social or cultural event or (2) to identify, advertise, or promote such event, or an entrant, or participant of such an event. Cannabinoid means any of several compounds produced by Marijuana plants that have medical and psychotropic effects.

  • Brand name or “trade name” means a brand name or a trade name, whether registered or not, that is to say, a name or a mark, such as symbol, monogram, logo, label, signature, or invented word or writing which is used in relation to such specified services for the purpose of indicating, or so as to indicate a connection in the course of trade between such specified services and some person using such name or mark with or without any indication of the identity of that person;

  • Sponsorship means the sponsorship element of the Package as set out in the Application Form; and

Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Outsource means to cause a Service to be provided by a third-party provider which is not an Affiliate of the Provider.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Mobile Service means the mobile service we provide to you enabling you to use and receive a range of mobile services including, but not limited to, messaging services, age restricted services and premium services.
