Brand Partners definition

Brand Partners means Xxxx Spade, Banana Republic LLC, Xxxxx Xxxxx, LLC and/or any of their respective Affiliates.
Brand Partners means any independent distributor located anywhere in the world who has contracted with NewAge and/or its Affiliates to sell NewAge products.
