Brand Styles definition

Brand Styles means all cigarettes or RYO sold under the same trademark and differentiated from one another by means of additional modifiers or descriptors, including, but not limited to, Cigarettes or RYO labeled “menthol,” “kings,” and “100s.” (Example: Go to Heaven King Soft, Go to Heaven Menthol 100 Box, etc.)

  • List only those Brands and Brand Styles that the Company directly and physically manufactures.

  • All TPMs complete this Part.Each TPM must list all Cigarette Brand Styles and all RYO Brands it manufactures, regardless of whether there were any sales in Massachusetts during the previous year.

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Product Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5.

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Kiosk means a department in a RIME Store.

  • Proprietary mark or “brand” means the mark or brand of a product which is owned by an industrial firm;

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.

  • Product Trademarks means the Trademark(s) to be used by Adapt or its Affiliates or its or their respective Sublicensees for the Commercialization of Products and any registrations thereof or any pending applications relating thereto (excluding, in any event, any trademarks, service marks, names or logos that include any corporate name or logo of the Parties or their Affiliates).

  • Trade Names means any words, name or symbol used by a Person to identify its business.

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • Branding means trademarks, service marks, domain names, logos, links, navigation and other indicators of origin.

  • Logo means the SAP Partner logo as detailed in the SAP Partner Logo Usage Guidelines.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).

  • Likeness means an identifiable symbol attributed and easily identified as belonging to a specific restaurant.
