BROADCAST SYSTEM definition

BROADCAST SYSTEM means all of the properties and operating rights constituting a complete, fully integrated system for transmitting radio signals from a transmitter licensed by the FCC, together with any sub-system which is ancillary to any system referred to above.
BROADCAST SYSTEM means any satellite-based video and/or audio system that is capable of and intended for receiving and distributing in-flight entertainment on commercial aircraft and/or general aviation aircraft, including any interactive systems.
BROADCAST SYSTEM means all of the properties and operating rights constituting a complete, fully integrated system for transmitting full power televisions signals from a transmitter licensed by the FCC, together with any sub-system which is ancillary to any such system.
