Broadcast Year definition

Broadcast Year means a twelve (12) month period during the term hereof which commences on any September 1 during the term hereof and which ends on August 31 of the immediately following year. Station hereby confirms that its rights and obligations under this Paragraph 3(b) are consistent with its rights and obligations referred to in Paragraph 4(c) below.

Examples of Broadcast Year in a sentence

  • For the purposes of this Agreement, a "Broadcast Year" shall mean a twelve (12) month period during the term hereof which commences on any September 1 during the term hereof and which ends on August 31 of the immediately following year.

  • Such audit will take place upon not less than ten (10) business days written notice during regular office hours and not more than once per Broadcast Year.

  • Such notice of termination shall be effective as of the date set forth therein; provided, however, that the effective date of any termination may not be earlier than the effective date of the change in advertising regulations and may not be earlier than the end of the then applicable Broadcast Year.
