Broadcast Year definition

Broadcast Year means a twelve (12) month period during the term hereof which commences on any September 1 during the term hereof and which ends on August 31 of the immediately following year. Station hereby confirms that its rights and obligations under this Paragraph 3(b) are consistent with its rights and obligations referred to in Paragraph 4(c) below.
