Brownsville Deliveries definition
Brownsville Deliveries means deliveries from Primary Points of Receipt on the Nueces Header (up to the applicable MDRO) to a Primary Point of Delivery at the point of interconnection between the Nueces Header and the Brownsville Pipeline as those Facilities existed on the in-service date of the Brownsville Pipeline (up to the applicable MDDO). All Brownsville Deliveries must be made using Brownsville Pipeline Compressor Station One capacity.
